John McGehee
Partner
John started in Accounting in 1983 doing income taxes part time while in college. He has spent his entire life immersed in the accounting field. Over the course of more than 40 years, John has worked for six different CPA firms, and as a controller, CFO, and accounting instructor at a community college. John has a vision to help his clients reach their full success. He does this through a series of guided financial strategy meetings.
Jenifer Vigil
Partner
Jenifer Vigil is a bookkeeper, payroll specialist and accountant. Jennifer received her Bachelor in Accounting from Regis University in 2002. She has been working at McGehee, Davis & Associates since January of 2020.
Terri McGehee
Partner
With almost 30 years in the accounting field, Terri became a licensed CPA in Maine in 1996. She currently holds her CPA license in Colorado. She has worked as an auditor and tax preparer in various public accounting firms, and also as an accountant in two publicly traded companies. Terri grew up near the ocean, but also appreciates the mountains of Colorado, having moved here in 2015. She also enjoys spending time with her family in Florida and Maine.
Anna Hoag
Senior Accountant
While Anna is fairly new to the team, ringing in her 4th tax season with the family, she is not new to the sport, and started bookkeeping in High School. After graduating from Westminster High in `82 she continued pursuing her passion in the industry with other small family firms.
Gloria Cooper
Senior Accountant
Gloria grew up in Detroit and is the oldest of five in a family of automotive workers and competitive swimmers. During the auto industry downturn in 1980, she moved to Denver and has been here ever since. After successful accounting management positions in insurance, banking and advertising, Gloria joined a public accounting firm in 2000. In 2011, she purchased the firm and ran the practice through 2023 when she merged with MDA Taxes. Gloria has a daughter and a 4-legged, 80-pound grandbaby named Ruger, both of whom she adores. She enjoys making jewelry for family and friends and hopes to market her creations in the future.
Tabitha (Tabi) Ranaldi
Payroll Specialist
Tabi, a payroll specialist since 2020, brings a wealth of expertise to the field. With a firm belief in building strong client relationships, she goes beyond numbers to truly understand her clients’ needs. When she isn’t crunching numbers, she’s doing hair, or exploring.
Jargalmaa (Jess) Gansulch
Jr. Staff Accountant
Jess is an international student from Mongolia. She is a Junior at Regis University earning an Accounting Bachelor’s Degree. She chose this profession because she believes that it is a respected and ethical choice. Jess is currently working as one of our interns here at MDA taxes. She is in her second year with our firm. Like the rest of us, Jess thinks of us as family and loves being here. She would like to obtain her CPA and looks forward to developing her personal growth as a leader with MDA taxes and beyond.
Haley Shaifer

Haley joined our team during the 2025 tax season as a document scanner and quickly stood out for her attention to detail and eagerness to learn. With a unique professional background as a skilled barterer, she brings a creative approach to problem-solving and client value. Through hard work and dedication, Haley has grown into a full-time accounting assistance, supporting bookkeeping, tax preparation, and client service with a calm, thoughtful presence. She continues to expand her knowledge every day and is excited to grow within the accounting profession.
LINDA SAYYAH MCGEHEE
Everyone has a story. On Saturday, September 11, 2021, the employees of McGehee Davis and Associates, and friends and family, held a memorial to say goodbye to Linda Sayyah McGehee, who had passed in December of 2020.
